Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale and holiday seasons when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched. We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.

U.S. DELIVERY TIMES & COSTS

United States (48 contiguous United States)
We use USPS services at all times. We offer express shipping for an additional charge, the cost for express shipping will be calculated automatically at checkout, depending on size of your order. Orders arrive within 3-5 business days.

Hawaii and Alaska Customers
The cost for shipping will be calculated automatically at checkout, depending on size of your order. Items going to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and arrive within 7 business days.

US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Guam Customers
The cost for shipping will be calculated automatically at checkout, depending on size of your order. Your order will ship via USPS International Priority Mail. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.

Military/Air Force Base Customers
The cost for shipping will be calculated automatically at checkout, depending on size of your order. Your order will ship via USPS International Priority Mail. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.

Canadian Customers
The cost for shipping will be calculated automatically at checkout, depending on size of your order and Canadian shipping rate. Please allow 7 business days for delivery. Also, please note that you will have to pay custom duties and taxes on the items you purchase and that these local fees are not included in your invoice. All refused shipments will be charged double the shipping fee to cover transportation cost both ways. This amount will not be refunded to your credit card.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TIMES & COSTS

We provide World Wide shipping to almost every country. If you country is not listed, it means we do not ship to your country.
The cost for shipping depends on your location and will be calculated automatically at checkout, depending on size of your order. Your order will ship via USPS International Services. Please allow 5-14 days for delivery, depending on your location.
Please note – for orders shipped outside of the U.S. and Canada, you should consult the customs legislations of your country. We do not take responsibility for duty fees, brokerage fees and shipment delays due to customs, if any.

SHIPPING PROCEDURES

Delivering Your Package
We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Saturday.
•    Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).
•    Most items are available to ship with in 24hr period unless otherwise noted.

Shipping Confirmation Emails
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. The email will include the USPS tracking number. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for every shipment. Alternatively you can check the status of your order at anytime by clicking TRACK ORDER link at the top right corner. For more information please refer to (“TRACKING YOUR ORDER”).

Refused, unclaimed and returned packages.
All refused, unclaimed and all returned shipments will be charged double the shipping fee to cover transportation cost both ways. This amount will not be refunded to your credit card.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
If you have created an account with us, you can simply check the status of your order by login in to your account and clicking Order History in the left side menu.

If you choose not to create account with us, you can check the status of your order anytime by clicking TRACK ORDER at the top right corner.

To check the status of your order at anytime:
1.    Click TRACK ORDER and enter your email address and order number (you will find this information in your order confirmation email, please check you email).
2.    This will bring to Order Details, click on the tracking number to the right of any item to get up-to-date information and location of your package from USPS.

We will also keep you updated on your order status via email.
