All and each product may be returned within 30 days of the order’s delivery date. A Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) must be requested prior sending product back. The item(s) must not be worn, altered or washed and be accompanied by original tags. Footwear must be accompanied by the original box in its original condition, without Postal labels. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error has occurred on our side. Shipping fees are not refundable. The refund will be made to your form of payment within 3 business days of the reception of the item at the CouturePoint returns location. It may take up to 30 days to be visible on your credit card statement. Additionally, returns should be shipped with a service providing a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Any returns received that do not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of CouturePoint.
